I discovered so many interesting things about registered nursing and things that I never knew before. One thing I discovered was that nursing has the widest range of settings to work in compared to any other health care positions. I also learned that the idea of nursing as a career wasn't developed until the 19th century. I learned so many interesting things about registered nursing and I found a lot of information that I never knew.

While researching about Veterinary Medicine, I discovered some very interesting facts. Veterinarians work more than 50 hours per week. In the past, many people also believed that veterinarian medicine was for men.

Before my research, I really never realized how many extra hours that teachers have to put in after school that they do not get paid for. I also learned that Mississippi is in the top ten states of paying their teachers the lowest amount of money.

During my research, I learned many things about the different types of psychology and different theories that are involved in the field. Most interestingly, though, I found that one of the best attributes a psychologist can have is empathy. Feeling the same pain as another helps a psychologist to better understand and address a client's issue.

I learned that male psychologists are paid more than their female counterparts! Also, the majority of psychologists are women. Many men are leaving the field because they fear that lower wages for women (the majority of the workers) will mean lower wages across the board, regardless of gender.

During my research, I learned that psychologists use several methods of treatment such as psychotherapy, hypnosis, behavior modification, stress reduction therapy and role playing therapy. Before researching I did not know there were so many treatment methods.
