WAY TO GO, OLD SPORTS!

You all did an amazing job today discussing and teaching me.  I was truly impressed.  Please comment on which fact(s) brought out from the other group impressed you or helped to understand more fully.  (The deadline to post a response is midnight, Sept. 4, 2013.)

One of the facts brought out by the other group that I didn't catch on to and that impressed me was that Daisy and Toms's mistress were foils. Another thing that impressed me was that Toms's mistress represents temptation. I never would have noticed that if the other group hasn't mentioned it.

I thought the group teaching chapter two made an excellent point when they mentioned that Myrtle and Tom's apartment was basically a bad imitation of Tom and Daisy's home and they elaborated on how differently Tom treats Myrtle and Daisy.
